Although The English Print Company is not a physical brick & mortar store and is an online retail business, due to government guidelines, I have made the decision to stop shipping your orders out daily as I normally would until restrictions are lifted within the UK.

I therefore will be shipping three times a week, these days will vary but will allow the orders to build up and minimise the amount of days I have to spend at the Post Office during this time.

I ship your print(s) with Royal Mail who are experiencing significant delays at present. Please be aware when you place an order that it may be delayed. If you require a print for a specific date, please message me beforehand so we can see if it is likely get to you in time. Royal Mail are prioritising 1st Class Recorded mail over untracked mail. You may want to consider upgrading to 1st Class Recorded at the checkout to avoid further delays, although this is up to you.

My prints are currently arriving within:

  • 7-10 days to UK
  • 3-4 weeks to America
  • 4 weeks to Australia and everywhere else.

Please note that I am not responsible for the delay in the postal system.

I urge you to continue supporting small businesses at this time where ever you can. It really does mean the world if you can continue to shop online from the safety of your home and hopefully this will help businesses through to the other side when the sun shines again!
