When will my print(s) be dispatched?
All of my prints are made to order. My current turnaround time is 3-5 working days, but I aim to to process them as quickly as I can. In the unlikely event that there is a delay, I will contact you with an update.
While I will always dispatch on or before the stated dispatch date, I cannot predict or control this once it’s in the hands of Royal Mail, nor can I be held responsible.
How will my print(s) be packaged?
Your print will be packaged in a cello bag and posted in a hardback envelope to ensure it arrives with you in perfect condition.
How will my print(s) be shipped?
I send all of my prints via Royal Mail. I send them 2nd class, but offer upgrade options. You can track your order if you upgrade to 1st class recorded delivery.
When will my order arrive?
3-5 working days for UK deliveries.
4-10 working days for Europe
6-15 working days for international*
*sometimes delivery can take up to 28 days
I cannot issue a replacement print(s) until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for Europe & International.
For international orders, although most do arrive in the given time frame, please allow up to 4 weeks for the rare occurrence of items getting held up at customs.

What sizes are available?
I currently offer the following sizes:
- A4 (8.3x11.7")
- A3 (11.7x16.5")
Although, if you would like a custom size, then please message me to arrange this.
Can I personalise a print?
I love creating personalised prints, because they're so unique and meaningful. Simply leave a note in the 'personalise' section with the details.
I will send you a proof copy, via the email address that you have provided, to ensure you’re 100% happy.
Please check the proof print to make sure the names, dates, colours and personalisations are correct. Please check for any errors.
Do the prints come with frames?
Some do. I don't offer frames for all of my prints but I do have some box frame gifts that come with frames.
Please note: frames are only available in the UK due to high shipping costs to EU and International.
I will always ship to the address given on Shopify. Please make sure you double check this is correct and let me know of any changes to be made as soon as possible. If the address is wrong, I am not responsible for any orders that do not arrive due to an incorrect address nor am I liable to send a new one in this instance.
