When will my print(s) be dispatched?

All of my prints are made to order. My current turnaround time is 3-5 working days, but I aim to to process them as quickly as I can. In the unlikely event that there is a delay, I will contact you with an update. 

If you need your print(s) ASAP, I have two options for you:

1) Select the 'Rush My Order' option at the checkout which will mean that I will prioritise your order and aim to ship it the same or next working day. UK ONLY

2) Why not print the design yourself at home by purchasing a digital version? I will email you the file ASAP for you to print yourself at home or take to a printing shop.

How will my print(s) be packaged/ do you offer gift wrap?

All of my prints A4 and under come gift wrapped as standard, even if it isn't a gift!
Your print(s) will be beautifully packaged in a cello bag (for wet weather protection), wrapped in pink tissue paper and posted in a hand stamped, sturdy box to ensure it arrives with you in perfect condition. My packaging is beautiful and I think you deserve to receive your print perfectly gift wrapped. A gift from you to you, you'll love to receive my prints!

A3 prints will be packaged into a cello bag (for wet weather protection), placed inside a board backed envelope, then sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard before being placed into a final rigid board envelope. These prints are large and will not fit inside your letterbox. 

Can I include a gift message in with my order?

I can enclose a gift message, free of charge, in the box with the print if you would like. Please message me or leave a note in the 'notes to seller' box at the checkout with the details.

Can I purchase a print as a gift and send it straight to the recipient?

Of course! Please message me or leave me a note in the 'notes to seller' box at the checkout with the new name and address and any other details. I will make sure that the order doesn't include any pricing information or receipt.

How will my print(s) be shipped?

I send all of my prints via Royal Mail.
UK orders: I send them 2nd class, but offer upgrade options at the checkout.
EU & USA orders: I send them International Tracked.

When will my order arrive?

Royal Mail 2nd class state their delivery service as taking:

3-5 working days for UK deliveries.
While I will always dispatch on or before the stated dispatch date, I cannot predict or control when your parcel will arrive with you, once it’s in the hands of Royal Mail, nor can I be held responsible.

For EU & USA orders, International tracked can take up to 42 WORKING days for your parcel to arrive with you.

What if my order doesn't arrive?
Although this is rare, parcels can go missing in the post.

I cannot issue a replacement print(s) until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK, and 42 working days for EU & USA orders.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! I'm proud to say that I do now ship internationally. 

What sizes are available? 

I currently offer the following sizes:

- 6x4"
- 5x7"
- 8x10"
- A4 (8.3x11.7")
- A3 (11.7x16.5")*
- Digital File - 6x4”
- Digital File - 5x7”
- Digital File - 8x10”
- Digital File - A4 (8.3x11.7")


Although, if you would like a custom size, then please message me to arrange this.

Can I personalise a print?

Yes, absolutely!
I love creating personalised prints, because they're so unique and meaningful. Simply leave a note in the 'notes to seller' section at the checkout with the details.
I will send you a proof copy, via the email address that you have provided, to ensure you’re 100% happy.
Please check the proof print to make sure the names, dates, colours and personalisations are correct. Please check for any errors.

Do the prints come with frames?

No. My prints come unframed.

Can I print your designs myself at home?

Yes! Perhaps you need a print ASAP, and you can't wait on the postie to deliver it. Don't worry! You can print my designs yourself at home. If you would like to purchase the digital version of a print, please select 'Digital File' and then the size from the options.

You will be sent the digital file via email, and then you can print it at home or at a printing shop. Digital files can still be personalised.  Please make sure you select the 'Yes, Personalise' option if you would like to personalise a digital file.

Unpersonalised digital files are sent via email within 24 hours of purchase. A proof copy of your personalised prints will be sent within 72 hours. Please make sure you provide the email address that you would like the files sending to in the 'Special notes to seller' section at the checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: you will NOT receive a physical copy if you select this option. This is for you to print the design yourself at home.

No refunds or exchanges can be given on digital files. This digital file is for personal use only and is not to be resold or used for commercial purposes. 

What if I want to return the print?

I do accept returns for prints in certain situations. Please contact me first via email: sophie@theenglishprintco.com so we can discuss any issues you have, and arrange a return.

Simply contact me within 14 days of delivery, and return the item back to me within 21 days of delivery. 

The following items can not be returned or refunded:

  • Personalised or custom prints
  • Digital downloads/versions of my prints
  • FREEBIES

A refund will not be granted until I receive the print(s) back to me undamaged. You may want to use a tracked shipping service as I cannot guarantee that I will receive the print(s) back to me. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the print(s) to me. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You must ensure you package the print safely as no refunds will be given if the print is damaged, or not in its original condition.

What if I want to cancel my order?

I accept cancellations. You must request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase.

What if I have given the wrong address when ordering?

Please get in touch as soon as possible after purchasing and I can change the address.

If you do not let me know about an incorrect address before I ship the print(s), then I will ship it to the address provided. I provide free standard UK shipping for my products but, if the print has to be returned to me due to incorrect address details, you the customer will have to pay for further shipping to the correct address. I am not willing to provide a refund or replacement print for wrong information provided by you, the customer.

If you are in the EU or USA, you will have to pay postage again if your parcel arrives back with me.
